These Terms govern your use of vegaspoolmedic.com ("Vegas Pool Medic"), operated by LeadGrid Holdings LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By using the site or calling a number listed on it, you agree to these Terms.

1. What this service is

Vegas Pool Medic is a free referral and matching service. When you call or submit a request, we try to connect you with an independent contractor who serves your area. LeadGrid Holdings LLC is not a contractor, does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

2. Contractors are independent

Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, and workmanship. You should confirm a contractor's license with the Nevada State Contractors Board (nscb.nv.gov) before hiring. Any estimate, contract, warranty, or payment is solely between you and the contractor.

3. No guarantee of availability

We do not promise that a contractor will be available at any particular time or that a referral can be made in every case.

4. Information only

Articles and guides on this site are general information, not professional, legal, insurance, or safety advice. In an emergency involving fire, gas, electrical hazards, or injury, call 911.

5. Call recording and contact

Calls may be recorded and monitored (see our Privacy Policy). By submitting the form you consent to be contacted as described there.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadGrid Holdings LLC is not liable for any work performed or not performed by any contractor, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. The site is provided "as is."

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
